Yes, the services provided at Permanence21 are recognized by health insurance companies and accident insurers. Billing is done according to the official TARMED rates.
After the initial consultation, Permanence 21 will send the invoice to your home by mail. Please settle the required amount within 30 days. You can also pay the bill directly at the reception; we accept cash as well as EC, postal and credit cards.
Patients without residence in Switzerland are treated by Permanence 21 against payment by EC, Postcard and credit card as well as Swiss cash.
Yes. Permanence 21 even prepares a report to the patient's primary care physician after each emergency treatment and maintains a working relationship with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinics and considers itself an extension of their activities. Upon request, our staff is happy to provide each patient with a brief report intended for the attending physician.
